As an Account Representative, you will sell our single job postings to HR professionals who are looking to fill their open positions. You will grow our expanding customer base and provide customer service to existing customers. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, passionate sales professionals to join our elite team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify prospective customers and key decision makers
Generate sales through inbound leads, reactivation of past customers and growth of the existing customer base
Execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of degree, will consider those with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Previous sales experience is a plus
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
Self-starter and team player, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with CRM systems or enterprise technologies a plus
Technology savvy and quick to adopt new sales tools and processes
