A locally trusted bank is seeking an Assistant Loan Processor in Sheboygan County. Potential candidates will have some of the following qualities: organizational skills, time management, excellent communication, client focus, ethical conduct, and practical business knowledge.

Job Description
- Work as part of a team to collect and review information in order to underwrite, close and service mortgage loans, efficiently to assure superior customer service and delivery of loans within the required timelines.
- Communicate with outside parties; homeowners' agents, title agents, and appraisers, regarding loans in process.
- Assist with the coordination of mortgage and consumer loan closings in a timely manner.
- Assist with delivery of closed loan files to investors. Work with retail lenders and team lead to correct pre-funding exceptions.
- Follow procedures throughout the loan operation process. Recommend changes to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and provide quality loan documentation.
