Featured Opportunities:

  • Client Service Analyst - A Client Service Analyst will on average take 30-50 calls per day. These calls will involve password resets, add printers, MS Windows 10, Office 2016, remote access, mobile devices etc. They’ll be working within Remedy but open to knowledge with other ticketing systems. 
  • Epic Service Analyst - The Epic Service Analyst will provide 80% phone support for the Epic software for Doctors, Nurses, Directors of department, Technicians, and other within the Froedtert organization. They need to have strong customer service skills and will take about 15- 25 calls a day. Experience working with Epic is strongly preferred.
  • Network Administrator - The Network Administrator will support tickets from Remedy and the  primarily functions include: network switches, routers, firewalls, cabling plant, and wireless solutions. They be configuring and troubleshooting VPNs; making routing changes; configuring server load balancing, blade center switches, and firewall ACLs; installing and supporting radius/tacacs servers; performing site surveys; and working with the IT PC Support team to resolve networking issues. Typical tasks include installing, configuring, maintaining, and documenting switches, routers, lightweight access points, and wireless controllers; adding static address translations; installing and maintaining data communications circuits; coordinating installation of cabling (copper and fiber) and UPS; activating data jacks; managing IP addressing; performing active wireless site surveys; and performing wireless spectrum analysis.
  • IT Security Architect Strategy - This individual with work in conjunction with the manager. They’ll work with Governance, Risk, and Control within the enterprise. The individuals will provide an integral role in defining and assessing the organization's security strategy, architecture, GRC framework, NIST, Cyber Security, and industry best practices. The enterprise security architect will be required to effectively translate business objectives and risk management strategies into specific security processes enabled by security technologies and services, evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and evaluate changes to the threat landscapes. Interacts with senior leaders across the enterprise and acts as a trusted senior advisor
  • IT Security Administrator IAM - The Security Admin IAM will serve as the expert IAM resource and collaborate with cross-functional project teams across the product life cycle. They Security Admin will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operation of IAM systems. This individual will develop and  maintain the Identity and Access Management systems and standards; Perform daily quality checks that IAM systems are performing tasks correctly; Create, modify, and troubleshoot security access to networks and applications; and Identify, log, and resolve Identity and Access Management tickets.
