POSITION DESCRIPTION: Seeking candidates who are highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills to join our team of 5 therapy aides. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 40-hours per week, with the hours to vary between 6:30 AM – 7:00 pm, working 2 nights per week until 7 p.m. No weekends required. Our therapy aides are administrative in nature and not in a treating position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting up patients in modalities such as hot packs, Fluidotherapy, whirlpools, paraffin, and cold packs as directed by the therapists.
Performs program support services such as transporting patient, preparing equipment, and preparing and maintaining work areas, as directed by professional staff. Assists in selected aspects of patient services as assigned.
Assist therapy managers with department projects and ongoing tasks.
Scheduling patient appointments, therapist vacations, in-services, meetings, etc., per guidance of therapy manager.
Coordinating therapist schedules including triaging for late, early, or unscheduled patients.
Ordering clinical supplies along with assisting in maintain supplies and equipment.
