Our dynamic growth and continued success has created a new opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager in our Green Bay office. Check out our new exciting office location! We are open to our ideal candidate working in a remote capacity, with ability to travel to the Green Bay office on occassion. This opportunity offers exciting project challenges while managing design teams on single and multi-discipline projects. For the right candidate, this position also provides the potential to develop into a Group Leader in the Green Bay office.

Responsibilities of our Senior Civil Engineer include:

  • Project engineering and management including project oversight, setting priorities, and developing objectives, project financial management as well as hands-on involvement in the design process.
  • Serving as a technical resource for site civil team members.
  • Project engineering and management.
  • Mentorship of less experienced staff members.
  • Business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management.
  • Professional society involvement.

In order to be considered for our Senior Civil Engineer position, candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree with an emphasis on hydraulics, hydrology or a related field of study is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and managing a wide variety of site development projects, municipal roadway and utility projects, with WisDOT knowledge a plus.
  • Knowledge of stormwater management design and permitting regulations.
  • Knowledge of municipal utility design including sanitary sewer and water main.
  • Abilities to mentor staff and successfully lead a project team is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-discipline and architect-led team on large projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin. PE licenses in other Midwest states is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members is necessary.
  • Proficient with hydrology and hydraulic software. Experience with GIS software is a plus.
  • Capabilities in Autodesk Civil3D also desired.
