HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT:

Our Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and leading all aspects of Boldt's marketing strategy, including managing, and completing the production of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, and managing updates to Boldt's intranet, website, digital asset management system and CRM. Success in this role is demonstrated by self-motivating, proactive behaviors, and by demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively while supporting multiple projects at a time efficiently to completion.


Required Skills What you get to do:

* Collaborate in the development of project pursuits and timelines.

* Manage and complete the production of impactful proposals and interview presentations.

* Review and edit materials for final submission.

* Enterprise-wide data and process support.

* Manage department budget, invoices, and credit card statements.

* Lead client and partner experience survey process and implementation.

* Make updates to project profiles, resumes and sales collateral.

* Act as a brand champion by enforcing Boldt's brand standards.

* Lead all aspects of awards submissions and membership renewals/updates.

* Take ownership of project photos and videos and assist with upload to digital asset manager.

* Support business development and subject matter professionals with collateral and signage requests.

* Attend staff and management meetings.

* Support team on event planning and execution.

* Handle promotional product orders.

* Lead local marketing initiatives and campaigns, reporting on marketing metrics.

* Enter information into Boldt's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

* Maintain an events calendar and provide internal communications when appropriate.

* Find opportunities for process improvement and develop implementation strategies.

* Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on PR, social media, website, and campaigns.

* Develop content for use in collateral at all stages of pursuit process.

* Handle inventory of department supplies and materials.

* Work w/ Business Development/leadership on local market trends, competition, and opportunities.

* Mentor, train, and coach junior positions within the marketing team.


Required Experience What we expect from you:
  • Associates degree with minimum of two years of relevant A/E/C industry experience
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • High degree of energy, passion, tenacity, and creativity.
  • Self-starter, deadline driven with a strong focus on results.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing fundamentals and project management skills.
  • Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods.
  • Ability to train and coach.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Highly organized with ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM knowledge is helpful.
  • Professional and positive attitude with internal and external customers.
  • Composure while working on multiple projects under tight timelines.

The salary range for this position is $70,200 - $88,600 per year. Starting compensation will be based on factors specific to the candidate's level of experience, qualifications, education, and geographical location.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to effectively communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.

The working conditions of this positionrequires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
