To Thrive in this Role, You Will...

• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the organization.
• Be the ERP systems champion, maximizing efficiency and streamlining operations through strategic use of our ERP systems.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and reviews.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.

You Bring a Track Record of...

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
• Strong and organizational skills.
