This role requires an energetic, customer service-oriented technologist with a minimum of 6+ years applicable work experience in data center infrastructure (SAN, Server, Fiber Channel, UPS) VMWare, Hyper-V/Virtual Machine Manager, Windows Server administration, PowerShell scripting, application support, O365 & Azure administration, and MS RDS. Strong customer service, problem-solving and a teamwork mentality is critical for this position. This is a fully onsite role located in our Corporate office in north Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities
    Expert level ability and experience with multiple physical server vendors (Racking, cabling, power, patching, imaging)
  • Expert level ability and experience with multiple SAN storage vendors (Racking, cabling, power, patching, imaging)
  • Vast enterprise backup system experience
  • Installation, maintenance and administration of Remote Desktop Services
  • Installation, maintenance and administration of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Management of Microsoft server security configuration and patching
  • Provisioning and administration of user access credentials and folder permissions
  • Maintenance and administration of DHCP, DNS, FTP and other network services
  • Administration of server hardware and software inventories and documentation
  • Respond to server resource monitoring alerts
  • Service team support escalation
  • Knowledge and applied experience handling performance monitoring and tuning
  • Management/administration Windows RDS
  • Ability to participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associates degree, trade school certificate or equivalent hands-on work experience
  • 6+ years' experience in server configuration management, administration and production support
  • Microsoft Server systems certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP are valued
  • Experience administrating multi-site enterprise environment consisting of thousands of endpoints, users, and servers.
  • SAN/Server/Fiber Channel/Power/Data Center Cooling
  • Backup technologies and replication strategies
  • Windows Server: 2012 - 2022 Including CORE, Windows 10,11
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Cloud platforms: O365, Azure
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
  • Extensive experience in server virtualization installation and configuration
  • Demonstrate intermediate to expert scripting knowledge and skills with PowerShell
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-critical production environment
  • Ability to comprehend systems architecture and design
  • Ability to gather, interpret, document, and evaluate server requirements
  • Ability to conduct research into server and application issues, as required
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Highly self-motivated, with keen attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation and work ethic
  • Experience working in a dispersed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
