Location: Green Bay, WI

Shift: 1st Shift

Work model: Hybrid

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Collision Estimator in Green Bay to assist Schneider's insurance team with damaged equipment claims. The Collision Estimator will create repair estimates, put together documentation, determine salvage prices and produce loss evaluations.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer questions about the costs of repairs.
  • Create damaged equipment estimates by using photos provided.
  • Put together repair documents and invoices.
  • Work with a variety of Schneider departments throughout the claim process.
  • Complete thorough work order investigations.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Associate degree in business or related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment and accident repair processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to work on site, in person, at a Schneider facility as part of a team.
