Job Description


Staffmark South Bay is on the lookout for fresh talent in Torrance, CA, and is offering a prime opportunity for an entry-level Disputes Administrator to join a dedicated logistics team. In this role, you'll efficiently handle daily RTQ tickets related to disputed invoices, ensuring prompt reception, resolution, and escalation of each ticket. Pay: $25 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday


Essential Functions:

  • Daily review of RTQ dashboard and ticket resolution.
  • Periodically review all disputes assigned to the West Area.
  • Follow up on all "Open" + "Assigned Tickets" daily to ensure a turnaround time of no more than seven days.
  • Review information with the operations and sales team to take proper action to resolve the disputes.
  • Work closely with LAX ZF-A to ensure ticket statuses are properly updated.
  • Crediting and reissuing invoices.
  • Ensure Credit notes are documented accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • High level of accuracy and competence in Excel (pivot tables a must).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and a hands-on team player.
