Job Description


Staffmark is currently seeking a talented B2B Administrator to join our team in North Haven, CT. Our client specializes in custom fulfillment solutions driven by proprietary technology, aiming to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.


Pay: $20.50/hr


Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3:30 PM (occasional overtime)


B2B Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the Business-to-Business process, ensuring smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Handle routing and scheduling, coordinate the order closing process, print orders, create BOLs, and maintain the integration platform.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries, conduct regular quality checks, identify areas for improvement, and maintain relevant B2B data.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain management preferred. They should also be familiar with routing systems like Logicbroker, Bluejay, and Target TMS, and possess proficiency in WMS and integration platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving skills are required to address issues and implement solutions effectively.
