Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Shift Availability:

• 7:30 pm - 3:30 am (Sunday, Monday)
• 2:00 pm - 10 pm (Thursday, Friday)

As a Food Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen area. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, coordinating leftover product utilization, and serving food to customers during meal service times. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining proper food storage and labeling to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for 8 hours with breaks, walk approximately 1 mile, and push/pull 50-pound carts
• Comfortable working with hot foods, steam, and hot appliances
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment/tools such as knives, mixers, slicers, and ovens
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
