Strategic Account Executive's primary responsibility includes strategic management of a robust prospect pipeline along with building and maintaining key broker/agency relationships in the Prevea 360 service area. Responsible for the sale and implementation/onboarding of new groups. Career-level position. Considered highly skilled at sales techniques and demonstrates strong understanding of company products / services. Comprehensive knowledge within area of specialization. May utilize knowledge of industry/clients to recommend updates or changes to product/service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5 years of work experience beyond degree, specifically working with in a metric-driven environment required
  • Proven experience building and maintaining relationships required
  • Sales and Account Management experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience or interest in health plan operations, health insurance are helpful for this opportunity
  • Experience with or an understanding of insurance brokerage preferred
  • Ability to learn CRMs
  • Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Interest and willingness to learn Administrative Services Only (ASO) Insurance
  • Presentation experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Decision-making and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner
  • Ability to work with a variety of management levels
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fluctuating environment

License:

  • WI Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 90-days of employment required

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the Green Bay, WI office, on average, 3+ times per week.

The full salary range for this position is $75,300 -$129,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
