* Responsible for preparing and packaging chairs and components for shipment.

* Manage all shipping paperwork

* Research and troubleshoot shipment discrepancies/problems and use problem solving skills to resolve.

* Process miscellaneous shipments daily

* Complete all required training applicable to assigned position

* Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

* Knowledge of bar coding systems preferred

* Good organization skills required

* Basic computer skills required

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly with assistance

* Basic math skills required

* Ability to be flexible and possess a willingness to work in all areas as needed

* Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills

* Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours

* Ability to work overtime with little or no notice

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to operate a forklift (training certificate required)

* Ability to operate pallet jack and hand cart

* Ability to understand and follow work instructions
