As the Initiatives Manager, you will create enhancements to the client and advisor experience related to forms and client mailings. You will identify opportunities and provide solutions to improve and drive efficiency in the forms and client mailing process. You will be responsible for facilitating the creation and updating of client forms. You will lead and manage key initiatives for the Business Administration team and identify process improvements.

What will you do?

  • Support the development, creation and implementation of a strategy for managing client forms and mailings through business, client and advisor feedback.
  • Build partnerships with various form owners and support teams to understand key opportunities and challenges, and develop creative solutions.
  • Lead the review, approval, creation and implementation of form changes, impacted policies and procedures in partnership with business partners including legal, compliance and risk.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, regulatory requirements and industry trends impacting paperless adoption to ensure that the client experience is in line with or leading the markets and client needs.
  • Identify business needs to improve paperless adoption, including gaining approval from Legal, Compliance, and Risk Partners.
  • Lead the implementation of business administration initiatives by defining business needs, gaining approval, and driving implementation.
  • Support and act as subject matter expert on smaller initiatives and projects.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • BA or BS in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years' securities/financial markets experience with organizational awareness
  • Self-directed and proactive with demonstrated experience in leadership, strategic influencing and building group consensus
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail and organizational skills with a good understanding of technology, operational, sales and marketing issues
  • "Hands on" approach to managing execution of multiple tasks and priorities

Nice-to-have

  • Adobe and Adobe InDesign experience
  • Knowledge of wealth management and product platforms
  • Experience working with multiple U.S. business and technology vendors
