    Shift: 1st

    Status: Full Time

    Job Summary:

    Plan and implement The Creative Curriculum while providing a safe and loving environment.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain a clean and safe environment.

    2. Turn in Monthly Lesson Plans.

    3. Comply with State, Local and Federal regulations.

    4. Complete State required 15 ECE training hours.

    5. Exhibit good customer relations.

    6. Comply with BHL and CDC Standards, policies, and procedures.

    7. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with parents and co-workers.

    8. Respectful and courteous to all parents, children, and co-workers.

    9. Ensure the safety of all children in the classroom and never leave children unattended.

    10. Provide developmentally appropriate daily activities.

    11. Maintain a neat and organized classroom.

    12. Maintain and respect confidentially of children and families in our program.

    13. Record attendance, medicine administration, and accident/incident reports as needed.

    Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

    a. Minimum CDA Certification or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development or related field or completion within two years required.

    b. Previous Childcare experience preferred but not required.

    c. This position may require you to have First Aide or CPR Certification.
