Pay Rate: $13.50-$14/hr

Shift Availability: 1st and 2nd shift hours are available. We have a variety of shift times to choose from to meet your work-life balance needs!
  • 1st shift hours start as early as 4 am and end as late as 6 pm.
  • 2nd shift hours start as early as 12:30 pm and ending as late as 2:30 am.
  • 8-hour shifts working Monday-Friday
In this role, your responsibilities include adhering to safety procedures, measuring product quantities to ensure compliance with specifications, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, and USDA guidelines. You'll need to read and understand work instructions, check date codes and weight information against the daily schedule, and ensure proper sealing of pouches. Additionally, you'll assist the packing team in completing orders and maintain a positive attitude when assisting peers, leaders, or supervisors. Keeping the assigned area clean and sanitary to ensure product safety is crucial, as is verifying equipment functionality and reporting any issues to the immediate supervisor. You'll need to remain in designated work areas, inform the supervisor or lead person of any product deviations and non-conformances, and take immediate corrective action when necessary. Finally, adhering to the company's allergen program is essential in this role.

Requirements: 1-year experience in food service preferred, lift 50 pounds as required, and stand for the duration of shift.
