UPS is recruiting for full-time Trailer Shop Mechanics. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, own personal work tools and be proficient driving standard transmission vehicles including forklifts. Knowledge of air brakes, hydraulics, electrical and ABS brake systems is highly desireable. Basic knowledge of bodywork and welding MIG, TIG, Stick and Aluminum is also desired.

Trailer Shop Mechanics typically work a late afternoon shift from approximately 2:30pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday. The starting pay rate for a trailer mechanic is $20.54 with an increase every 3 months for the first year until the employee is at top wage of $25.67.
